WolfPac pioneered the provisioning of mobile content for Mobile Service Operators like Smart Communications, Inc. since 1999. Its success in launching and offering unique and interactive mobile value-added services and content in the early days where mobile content was limited to operator logos and monophonic ringtones, helped spur the development and growth of the PhilippinesÂ’ Mobile Content Industry. In 2003, Philippine cellular giant Smart acquired stakes in WolfPac, to maintain its leadership in mobile value-added services. In 2006, WolfPac became a wholly owned subsidiary of Smart Communications, Inc.

Today, WolfPac is evolving to offer more mobile solutions and marketing services to adapt to the changing requirements of the mobile environment. Leveraging its strength and expertise in well-received SMS- and MMS-based services, as well as 3G video streaming, WolfPac is once again at the forefront in developing solutions and managing platforms that will make the mobile phone a strong and reliable medium for corporate communication, advertising, and most especially as a conduit to community-driven online and offline portals.
